The owner did a good job of explaining the steps they were taking to prevent anything like this happening again.This incident could have turned me off from a restaurant that i really like but the owners accountability won me back. The salad was just wilted lettuce, nothing like it normally is when you go in and the meat was a bit cold despite having me wait 12 minutes AFTER the time it was said to pick up. Although we have won numerous awards over the years and have been nominated as one of the top ten restaurants in Overland Park, our greatest satisfaction comes from seeing customers come back to enjoy themselves time and time again.
